The Company is a production house targeting quality and fashionable garment making. It was established in Hong Kong in 1995 under the name of Jeanswear Services Hong Kong Ltd. and was taken place by Jeanswear Services Far East Ltd. ("JWS") incorporated in 1999 for the purpose of group restructuring .

In 1997 we set up representative office in Shanghai for liaison function and upgraded in establishing as Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE), Jeanswear Services Fashion(Shanghai) Co., Ltd., to start Chinese domestic business in 2002. JWS occupy 10,000 sq.ft. office area with 30 staffs in Hong Kong and 2,000 sq.ft. office area with 20 staffs in Shanghai .

Playing the role of commanding platform in Far East, JWS coordinate all sales and purchases activities globally. Our jobs and extensive skills encompass research & development, sales promotion, material control, financial support, production management and quality assurance.

With the demanding market-driven, we put much effort and costs into our product research and development. Supporting by our high prestige consultants from Italy, our development team injects great deal of energy to coordinate and develop the trendiest products every season. This is part of our value-added services and synergy offer to our clients.

Being consolidated the strength of our headquarter and professional partners in Italy, WFOE and our contractual plants in China, and our Hong Kong office here, we successfully establish a strong structural base throughout the Euro-China network and this has enabled us in expanding our business in multi- directions.
