Euro Cormar S.p.A. is the company founded in 1979 by Marcello and Corrado Fratini, specialising in the distribution of luxury brands.

In 2003 it acquired the license for the "Jean's Paul Gaultier" brand for the production and marketing of clothing and accessories around the world (excluding Japan). Turnover in 2008 was €18 million.
