The Gruppo Fingen S.p.A. was set up in 1979 by Marcello and Corrado Fratini, respectively the group's chairman and vice-chairman. They hold 100% of its ownership.

The core business is concentrated in the apparel, retail and real estate sectors, with a widespread presence in Europe and Asia. The group has around 2,000 employees.

Fingen S.p.A. is the group's parent company, and all activities at an Italian or international level refer to it.
